VCO Tunes From 2558 To 2575 MHz

Model CVCO55CC-2558-2575 is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Crystek with tuning range of 2558 to 2575 MHz. Its frequency is adjusted by a control voltage range of 0.3 to 4.7 V. The oscillator, which delivers typical output power of +8 dBm across its frequency range, has typical phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The VCO, which is supplied in a 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD surface-mount package, draws maximum current of 29 mA from a +8-VDC supply. Pushing and pulling are minimized to 2 MHz and 0.2 MHz/V, respectively. The oscillator, which is suitable for applications in digital radios, fixed wireless equipment, and in satellite-communications (satcom) equipment, has second-harmonic levels of typically -15 dBc.
