The 90000X-Series real-time oscilloscopes from Agilent Technologies provide the capability to capture and analyze multiple signals or in-phase (I) and quadrature (Q) signal components at extremely high frequencies. The scopes offer two analog input channels with bandwidths exceeding 62 GHz each or four analog input channels with bandwidths of 33 GHz each. The instruments operate with sample rates of 80 to 160 GSamples/s across two channels and 80 GSamples/s across all four channels. The scopes leverage some advanced technology to achieve these performance levels, including the use of proprietary front-end indium-phosphide (InP) integrated circuits (ICs) to handle such high input frequencies.
