OCXOs Can Take the Heat

Feb. 19, 2015
A line of OCXOs in standard clock frequencies provides stable performance at operating temperatures to +95°C.

Vectron’s OX-206 line of oven-controlled crystal oscillators (OCXOs) is intended for applications requiring extended-temperature operation. According to the company, the OCXOs will provide reliable operation at temperatures to +95°C. Available in standard clock frequencies from 10 to 20 MHz, the devices achieve stabilities of better than ±10 ppb across operating temperatures from -40 to +95°C, with phase noise as low as -150 dBc/Hz offset far from the carrier. They measure 25.0 × 25.0 × 13.2 mm.
