Model ZX95-868+ is a low-noise oscillator from Mini-Circuits aimed at television-broadcast applications from 805 to 868 MHz. It delivers +0.5 dBm output power across the frequency range with outstanding phase-noise performance of -116 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The harmonic levels are typically -18 dBc while nonharmonic spurious levels are a low -90 dBc. The oscillator exhibits pulling of typically 0.03 MHz peak to peak and pushing of typically 0.5 MHz/V. It features linear tuning sensitivity ratio of typically 1.20:1 and draws only 30 mA current from a +5-VDC supply. Supplied in a package based on rugged unibody construction and measuring just 1.20 x 0.75 x 0.46 in., the oscillator delivers its rated performance across operating temperatures from -55 to +100°C.
