Amplifier Powers 450 To 2000 MHz

Model MGA-633P8 is a low-noise GaAs pHEMT amplifier from Avago Technologies designed for use from 450 to 2000 MHz. With a noise figure of only 0.37 dB, it is ideal for use as a first-stage low-noise amplifier (LNA) in cellular radio transceivers and other communications systems. It delivers +22 dBm output power at 1-dB compression with a third-order intercept point of +37 dBm. The amplifier, which is supplied in a compact 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.75 mm 8-pin Quad-Flat-Non-Lead (QFN) package, is available in tape-and-reel packaging as an option. The RoHS-compliant component supports lead-free assembly operations.
