Amplifier Delivers 2 W From 33 To 35 GHz

In the model AMF-5B-33003500-80-32P, designers will find a connectorized high-power amplifier/module that covers 33 to 35 GHz while delivering approximately 2.5 W of saturated power. Over 2-GHz band, it offers about 2 W output power at 1-dB compression. Nominal small-signal gain is more than 50 dB. The PA has a nominal noise figure of 6 dB. Output and input VSWR reach 2.30:1 and 2.0:1, repectively. At 1-dB compression, out power is at least +32 dBm and typically +33dBm. The amplifier nominally draws 2.2 A from 12-to-15-V supplies. The modules has an internal regulator as well as reverse and thermal protection. A TTL pin provides control over bias turn on/off. The operating baseplate temperature rand is -40º to +55ºC. The connnectorized aluminum alloy housing measure 19 × 76 × 89 mm. It come with female, K-type connectors. The housing is intended for bolting to a flat cooling surface.
