Coupler-Detector Covers 2.4 To 2.5 GHz Range

Covering a frequency range of 2.4 to 2.5 GHz, the model TDC-18T-204F coupler-detector flaunts an output VSWR of 1.5:1. It exhibits insertion loss of 1 dB or less. The detector output can be adjusted from -5 to +5 dBm. Switching time (90/10 percent RF to 50 percent TTL) is 50 ns maximum. The coupler-detector operates at +35 dBm continuous- wave (CW) maximum. It demands +5 VDC at 85 mA and -5 VDC at 25 mA. Although the component operates from -55 to +85C, it can withstand a non-operating-temperature range of -65 to +125C. The coupler-detector has SMA connectors on the RF and TTL outputs and solder pins for the DC power and control lines. It measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 in. and weighs 1.5 oz.
