Comtech PST has announced the model BM2719-80-3 solid-state power amplifier with 80 W output power from 20 to 1000 MHz. Ideal for military systems and instrumentation applications, the Class AB linear amplifier provides 50-dB gain with maximum input VSWR of 2.0:1. Spurious levels are only -60 dBc while harmonic levels are -13 dBc. The amplifier draws 9.5 A from a +28-VDC supply and is screened to MIL-STD-810F Method 516.5 for shock and MIL-STD-810F Method 514.5 for vibration. It measures just 6.4 x 3.4 x 1.06 inches and weighs just 1 lb. For more information on the rugged amplifier, visit the Comtech PST website at http://www.contechpst.com
