State of the Art Ships Coplanar Attenuators

State of the Art (SOTA), best known for their high-rel and military chip resistors, has introduced a line of coplanar attenuators on alumina and aluminum nitride substrates Available with attenuation values from 1 to 20 dB, these tiny pads measure just 0.030 x 0.030 x 0.10 inches. They are suitable for applications as high as 20 GHz. The attenuation tolerance is better than +/-0.5 dB to 12 GHz and better than +/-1 dB through 20 GHz. The VSWR is less than 1.40:1 through 20 GHz. The wire-bondable and solderable 0303-sized attenuators are available in chip form or mounted on 4350 printed-circuit-board (PCB) material from Rogers Corp. The RoHS-compliant attenuators sell for less than $1.90 each. For more information, visit the SOTA website at http://www.resistor.com/
