VCO Delivers +2 dBm Output Power From 1370 To 1400 MHz

With typical phase noise of -114 dBc/ Hz at 10-kHz offset from the carrier, the model CVCO55CC-1370-1400 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 1370 to 1400 MHz. Its control voltage ranges from 0.5 to about 4.5 V. This VCO flaunts typical output power of +2 dBm. It requires a 5-V input voltage. Current consumption is 30 mA. The oscillator minimizes pulling and pushing to 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is typically -25 dBc. The model CVCO55CC-1370-1400 is packaged in an industry-standard 0.5-x-0.5-in. SMD package. The CVCO55CC-1370-1400 is suited for use in applications like digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite-communications systems, and base stations. Pricing starts at $18.46 each in volume.
