Model XB1014-QT is a millimeter-wave buffer amplifier from Mimix Broadband for application from 37 to 40 GHz. Supplied in a standard RoHS compliant 3 x 3-mm QFN plastic package, it has 21-dB small-signal gain and is ideal for point-to-point communications. It achieves +20 dBm output power at 1-dB compression with an output third-order intercept point of +30.5 dBm. David Richardson, Product Line Director at Mimix Broadband, Inc. notes that "The XB1014-QT is a perfect choice as a driver amplifier in the 38 GHz microwave radio band."
