Bidirectional Coupler Channels 2 A Current

Mini-Circuits has introduced a rugged bidirectional coupler that operates from 2600 to 4600 MHz and can pass as much as 2 A of DC current while handling 10-W RF input power. Ideal for testing high-power commercial and military components and transmitters, the coupler can channel RF input power to 40 W with typical directivity of at least 20 dB. The coupler offers 19.3-dB coupling with +/-0.8-dB coupling flatness across the full frequency range and low mainline insertion loss of typically 0.35 dB. The typical VSWR is 1.20:1 across the full frequency range. The microstrip design is housed in a compact case measuring just 1.0 x 0.8 in.
