The 1151 series of cable assemblies from Insulated Wire are ideal for applications through 18 GHz requiring Type N, SMA, or TNC connectors. The cables feature an outside diameter of 0.11 in. and 0.5-in. bend radius, with 71-percent velocity of propagation and 1.44 ns/ft time delay. Insertion loss is 30 dB/100 feet at 2 GHz and 90 dB/100 feet at 16 GHz. The VSWR for an 18-GHz assembly with two straight connectors is 1.35:1. The cable assemblies can be supplied with shielding effectiveness to 100 dB.
