Compact Chamber Eases Radiated RF Testing

The R&S DST200 RF diagnostic chamber simplifies radiated RF testing within a compact enclosure measuring only 770 x 760 x 695 mm. Ideal for developers of wireless devices, it features a 700 MHz to 6 GHz broadband circularly polarized test antenna and can simulate conditions that approximate free space. The chamber can be used for measuring self-interference or radiated emissions. The chamber can be placed on the workbench, allowing engineers to evaluate product performance during the design stage to reduce self-interference to optimal levels. The shielding effectiveness (SE) of the chamber exceeds 110 dB, allowing sensitivity tests on GPS receivers with input levels of below 160 dBm. It is also available with a three-dimensional 3D) positioned for moving a device under test to any desired position.
