Model MAAM-009563 is a two-stage driver amplifier from M/A-COM Technology Solutions that provides typical gain of 19.5 dB from 250 to 3000 MHz. It also features excellent linearity over that frequency range, with an output third-order intercept point of +47 dBm. The RoHS-compliant component is designed for use with external matching components, to achieve an optimum instantaneous bandwidth of 200 MHz over its full possible operating range.
