Model LTC5564 is an RF power diode detector from Linear Technology that is capable of measuring power levels from -24 to +16 dBm at frequencies from 600 MHz to 15 GHz. Supplied in a 16-lead, 3 x 3 mm QFN package that also houses a gain-selectable operational amplifier and a high-speed comparator, the device features typical response time of 7 ns. The opamp boasts a demodulation bandwidth of 75 MHz and slew rate of 350 V per microsecond. The RF power detector is ideal for a wide range of wireless and cable communications applications.
