The QFA series of fixed attenuators from EMC Technology/Florida RF Labs is available in microstrip and coplanar waveguide styles for applications from 36 to 50 GHz. Available with attenuation values of 0 to 10 dB in 1-dB steps, the symmetrical, bidirectional attenuators are suitable for applications in point-to-point radio, high-frequency transceivers, and phased-array radar systems. The attenuators can handle input power levels to 200 mW over temperatures from -55 to +125C. Several values are available in RoHS versions and all can be supplied on tape and reel for high volume pick and place applications.
