Krytar Offers 50-GHz Directional Coupler

Krytar has developed one of the more broadband coaxial directional couplers in the model 102050010, with a continuous bandwidth of 2 to 50 GHz. It features 10-dB coupling with coupling flatness that is within +/-1 dB. Rated for maximum input power of 20 W and 3 kW peak power, the broadband coupler is ideal for power measurements and other test applications. It features minimum directivity of 13 dB from 2 to 26.5 GHz and 10 dB from 26.5 to 50.0 GHz. The maximum VSWR at any port is 1.50:1 from 2 to 26.5 GHz and 1.80:1 from 26.5 to 50.0 GHz. The maximum insertion loss, including the coupled port, is 2 dB. The broadband coaxial coupler is supplied with 2.4-mm female connectors and is rated for operating temperatures from -54 to +85 degrees C. It can be manufactured to meet military specifications.
