Among its many microwave power modules (MPMs), TMD Technologies will be displaying its innovative model PTX8207 at the upcoming 47th Annual Association of Old Crows (AOC) International Symposium and Convention on October 3-7, 2010 in Atlanta, GA. Model PTX8207 delivers as much as 140 W pulsed or continuous-wave (CW) output power from 4.5 to 18.0 GHz with 50-dB gain. It operates on +270-VDC prime power. The conduction-cooled unit measures 260 x 200 x 32 mm and weighs 4 kg and is ideal for airborne radar and electronic-countermeasures (ECM) applications.
