Model RMK-3-93+ is a times-three frequency multiplier from Mini-Circuits that produces output frequencies from 5400 to 9000 MHz when fed with input signals from 1800 to 3000 MHz. It accepts input signals from +7 to +11 dBm (maximum rating of +17 dBm) and ...

Model RMK-3-93+ is a times-three frequency multiplier from Mini-Circuits that produces output frequencies from 5400 to 9000 MHz when fed with input signals from 1800 to 3000 MHz. It accepts input signals from +7 to +11 dBm (maximum rating of +17 dBm) and suffers typically 15 dB conversion loss in the frequency-translation process. Unwanted harmonic outputs are typically -55 dBc from the desired output signals. Ideal for frequency synthesizers and frequency converters, the frequency tripler is supplied in a low-cost, RoHS-compliant surface-mount housing measuring just 0.25 x 0.31 x 0.16 in.
