RSAs Show Scope-Like Features At MTT-S

Tektronix will unveil its latest generation of RSA6000 real-time spectrum analyzers with Option 200 DPX Density triggering to capture elusive signal events to 14 GHz. The swept DPX functionality supports as many as 292,000 spectrum updates per section to capture transient events. Option 200 also includes time-qualified and runt triggering to enable time-domain triggering functionality in a spectrum analyzer. The RSA6000 series includes enhancements in modulation analysis capability, with support for applications in military and homeland security systems.
