Model ZFSWA2-63DR+ is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) solid-state switch from Mini-Circuits designed for use from 0.5 to 6.0 GHz. It operates with control voltages of 3 to 5 V with fast 35-ns switching speed. Typical insertion loss is only 1.4 dB while typical isolation is 65 dB at 1 GHz. The solid-state switch, which is supplied in a rugged case with coaxial connectors and internal, hermetic ceramic module, requires typical supply current of only 18 microamperes. It is ideal for use in high-speed testing, military systems, and wireless infrastructure equipment.
