Switch Matrices Fit 75-Ohm Systems

Dow-Key Microwave announced a series of 75-Ohm solid-state switching solutions for 75-Ohm systems at this week's European Microwave Week (see "Microwave Meetings"). These non-blocking switch matrices can be expanded from 8 x 8 to 128 x 128 signal-routing configurations, with frequency coverage for intermediate frequencies (IFs) from 20 to 200 MHz, L-band frequencies from 950 to 2150 MHz, and broadband coverage from 50 to 2150 MHz. The subsystems can be equipped with low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) for receive applications, power dividers, and redundant power supplies and are available with a wide range of control interfaces, including GPIB, RS-232C, RS-485, and RS-422.
