VCO Runs From 3750 to 3800 MHz

Model CVCO55CC-3750-3800 is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) that operates from 3750 to 3800 MHz using control voltages of about 0.5 to 16.0 V. Ideal for applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations, it delivers typically +2 dBm output power over the 50-MHz operating range. The VCO exhibits typical phase noise of −105 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier and is packaged in a surface-mount housing measuring 0.5 x 0.5 in. It draws maximum current of 30 mA from a +5-VDC supply. Frequency pulling is 1 MHz and frequency pushing is 2.5 MHz/V. Second-harmonic levels are typically −15 dBc.
