VCO Tunes From 1265 To 1465 MHz

Model SMV1365C-LF is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for L-band applications from 1265 to 1465 MHz. It operates with a tuning range of +0.5 to +4.5 VDC with typical tuning sensitivity of 113 MHz/V. It delivers typical output power of +8 dBm when running from a +5-VDC supply while drawing 21 mA typical current over an operating temperature range of -40 to +85C. The typical phase noise is -98 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. Harmonics are typically -15 dBc. The oscillator is supplied in the firm's standard SUB-L package measuring 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.08 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. It is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow manufacturing environments.
