Model CVCO55CC-2440-2540 is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Crystek that operates from 2440 MHz to 2540 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. It provides +3 dBm output power with second harmonic suppression of typically -15 dBc. The typical phase noise is -110 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The oscillator draws maximum current of 40 mA from a +5-VDC supply. Frequency pulling is 1.5 MHz while frequency pushing is 1.5 MHz/V. It is supplied in a surface-mount package measuring 0.5 x 0.5 in.
