Building printed-circuit boards (PCBs) is part of any electronic product development plan. But while some companies farm their PCBs to outside “board shops,” others have learned the usefulness of in-house PCB prototyping capability, courtesy of machines from LPKF Laser & Electronics. To help engineers and others understand the efficiency possible by having an in-house prototyping machine, LPKF President Stephan Schmidt and Market Development Representative Shane Stafford, will be presenting a free webinar next week.

Taking place Thursday, Oct. 4 at 11 a.m. PDT (2 p.m. EST), it is titled “Maximizing R&D Efficiency with In-House PCB Prototyping.” The webinar will compare producing PCBs in-house with a benchtop milling machine or laser-based system versus outsourcing PCB fabrication. Registered attendees will also receive a free copy of LPKF’s white paper, “Bringing Rapid Prototyping In-house.” Those interested in the LPKF webinar can register here.
