To keep board space to a minimum, the ML series of 0603-sized ceramic inductors offers inductance values from 47 nH to 22 H. The inductors' quality factor (Q) ratings range as high as 50 at 250 MHz with self-resonant frequencies (SRFs) as high as 16 GHz. Thanks to their ceramic construction, the inductors
provide current handling to 2100 mA. In addition, a high-temperature encapsulant allows them to operate in ambient temperatures from −55 to +155C. Mean time before failure (MTBF) is rated at 1 billion hours for the inductors. The ML series inductors feature tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations for long-term reliability. The components, which were designed for aerospace and military applications, can be certified to meet specific customer requirements.
