He replaces Mary Chan, who has decided to leave the company to pursue opportunities outside of the telecommunications-network-infrastructure segment.

Alosco has been a Director of Valpey-Fisher since 2004.
Intelsat General Corp.SKOT BUTLER has been named Director of Strategic Initiatives. He will lead the Intelsat General team working to win the Pentagon's $8 billion Future Commercial Satellite Communications Architecture (FCSA) contract, which will be awarded by the Defense Information Service Agency in 2010. Butler joined Intelsat General in 2006 as a founding member of the company's hosted payload team.
Molex, Inc.ANIRUDH DHEBAR has been appointed to the board of directors. Dhebar is a Professor of Marketing at Babson College in Babson Park, MA. His election expands the Molex board to 13 directors including nine outside directors.
