Lee comes to Scintera from Intersil, where he most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of the company's Consumer Power Products group.

Redl, who most recently served as Country Manager for Qualcomm in Germany, has co-authored three textbooks on GSM and digital cellular technology. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving Altair's European business-developmentrelated activities with OEMs, mobile-network operators, and industry partners.
