Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. (Parsippany, NJ), the parent of NoiseCom, Boonton Electronics, and Microlab/FXR, has announced that net sales for the quarter ended September 30, 2004 were $5,944,000 as compared to $5,187,000 recorded in the third quarter of 2003, an increase of 15 percent. For the nine months ended September 30, 2004, net sales were $17,015,000 as compared to $14,176,000 in the nine months ended in 2003, or an increase of 20 percent. Net income for the current quarter ended September 30, 2004 was $785,000 or $0.05 per share diluted as compared to net income of $647,000 or $0.04 per share diluted, for the comparable period of the prior year. For the nine months ended September 30, 2004, net income was $1,619,000 or $0.09 per share (diluted) as compared with $1,132,000 or $0.07 per share (diluted) reported for the comparable period of the prior year.
