Skyworks Shows Cellular LNAs

At IMS 2010, in booth 3110, Skyworks Solutions is showing a pair of new low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) for multiple cellular infrastructure receiver applications including GSM, CDMA, WCDMA and LTE base stations and repeaters. The monolithic-microwave-integrated-circuit (MMIC) amplifiers are SKY67100-396LF, for applications from 1700 to 2000 MHz, and model SKY67101-396LF for use from 700 to 1000 MHz. The GaAs pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility-transistor (pHEMT) amplifiers feature noise figures as low as 0.49 dB with output third-order intercept points to +34 dBm. The amplifiers are supplied in 8-pin, 2 x 2 mm dual flat no-lead (DFN) packages.
