MITEQ Offers LNB For 24 To 40 GHz

MITEQ has developed a low-noise block downconverter (LNB) that translates the full frequency band from 24 to 40 GHz to an intermediate-frequency (IF) range of 2 to 18 GHz. The model LNBF-2440-05 LNB incorporates a fixed-frequency 42-GHz phase-locked local oscillator (LO) and low-phase-noise oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO). Ideal for broadband communications, the unit is housed in a rugged 5 x 5 inch aluminum housing with integrated heatsink. It is accompanied by a model SCMR-18G optical receiver unit for broadband optical communications applications. The optical receiver unit measures 0.8 x 0.7 inches and is equipped with standard FC/APC type optical connectors.
