The PicoScope 9300 oscilloscopes from Saelig employ sequential sampling technology to measure fast repetitive signals, using a sampling adapter that attaches to a standard personal computer (PC). With their high time-base stability and accuracy, these oscilloscopes deliver 64-fs time resolution with highly accurate jitter measurements. The oscilloscopes feature an effective sampling rate of 15 TSamples/s with 17.5-ps input rise time. The sampling scopes provide dual 16-b measurement channels, each with 60-dB dynamic range. The instruments are suitable for a wide range of applications including signal analysis, timing analysis, and evaluation of analog and digital communications systems.
