Aeroflex brought an impressive display of its test-and-measurement solutions to the 2013 IMS, including its S-Series signal generators, RF function generators, and vector signal analyzer with wide modulation bandwidths through 6 GHz.
Visitors to the Aeroflex booth at the 2013 IMS had a chance to see the firm’s mdel 3005 Smart PXI chassis, run by a universal AC power supply and with 19 instrument slots in a 3U frame.
Among its different measurement solutions, Aeroflex showed how a powerful test system could be created by linking PXI modules for its model 3050A signal generator and model 3070A RF digitizer within the model 3005 PXI mainframe.
Coupled with this display screen, Aeroflex’s linking of its model 3050A signal generator and model 3070A RF digitizer PXI modules made it possible to show signal constellation displays at its 2013 IMS booth.
In support of its modular PXI instrumentation, Aeroflex demonstrated the use of its PXI Studio test software at the 2013 IMS.
Aeroflex’s different measurement setups at the 2013 IMS demonstrated various test capabilities, including showing power versus time for RF/microwave antennas.
Use of Aeroflex’s powerful model 3070A RF digitizer at their 2013 IMS booth offered real-time measurements of wireless-local-area-network (WLAN) signals at 2.4 GHz.
At the 2013 IMS, Aeroflex showed a number of different antenna measurement capabilities, due largely to its model 3070A RF digitizer, including this constellation diagram.
Aeroflex’s combination of the model 3050A signal generator and model 3070A RF digitizer within the model 3005 PXI mainframe on the 2013 IMS show floor offered visitors to the booth the chance to make modulation-quality measurements on microwave signals.
