Anritsu Launches Two-Port Cable Analyzers

Anritsu Company has introduced its enhanced Broadband Site Master(TM) S810D/S820D cable and antenna analyzers with optional CW signal source module for performing loss measurements from 2 MHz to 20 GHz on long runs of coaxial cables. The portable analyzers feature advanced internal vector-error and waveguide-dispersion correction functions for accurate return-loss measurements on waveguide and coaxial cables. To perform two-port cable loss measurements, the external CW source and external detector are connected at opposite ends of a cable or waveguide under test to allow scalar measurements of transmission lines with possibly more than 30 dB of insertion loss. For more information on the two-port cable/waveguide testers, visit the Anritsu website at www.us.anritsu.com.
