Digital Delay/Generator Offers 250-ps Resolution

Model 575 digital delay/pulse generator from Berleley Nucleonics Corp. (BNC) is ideal for clock and jitter testing. With a delay range of 0 to 5000 s and timing resolution of 250 ps, the instrument suffers only 200 ps RMS jitter. It can be equipped with an internal rate generator capable of performance to 20 MHz (optionally to 40 MHz) and 5-ns resolution. The instrument offers electrical and optical outputs with gated and externally triggered inputs. Remote control is via USB or RS-232 interfaces.
