Vector Signal Generator Aims At Economy

The model p1211B vector signal generator from precisionWave is an economical test solution for emulating the complex modulated signals found in modern wired and wireless communications systems. It covers the main cellular bands from 800 to 1000 MHz and 1700 to 2200 MHz with an output-power range of -100 to +20 dBm. The vector signal generator can produce test signals for evaluating a wide range of systems and their components, including EDGE, GSM, IS-95 (CDMA), NADC, and WCDMA. It includes an internal 10-MHz reference oscillator and yields outstanding phase-noise performance, with phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz offset 20 kHz from the carrier. The signal source features local-area-network (LAN) remote programmability for use in automatic-test-equipment (ATE) applications.
