Model CVCO55CW-1200-2100 is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) that operates from 1200 to 2100 MHz by means of tuning voltages from 0.5 to about 25 V. Te VCO features typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier with typical output power of +6 dBm. Ideal for applications in cellular base stations and satellite communications (satcom) systems, among other areas, the VCO exhibits frequency pulling and pushing of 25.0 MHz and 10.0 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic levels are minimized to typically -8 dBc. The maximum current consumption is 35 mA for a voltage supply of +12 VDC. The VCO is packaged in a 0.5 x 0.5 in. surface-mount housing.
