Wilska is a former Nokia North America President and one of the mobileindustry pioneers who helped to drive Nokia's rise to the largest wireless-handset supplier in the world. Alcatel-LucentKEN WIRTH has been appointed President of Alcatel-Lucent's 4G/LTE Wireless Networks. He will be responsible for the development, marketing, and delivery of the company's LTE solutions. He replaces Mary Chan, who has decided to leave the company to pursue opportunities outside of the telecommunications-network-infrastructure segment.

He also was Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Secure Media. Schaefer is the President of Cobham Sensor Systems Strategic Business Unit. He has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry and an extensive background in engineering, business development, program management, and finance. Alosco has been a Director of Valpey-Fisher since 2004.
Intelsat General Corp.SKOT BUTLER has been named Director of Strategic Initiatives. He will lead the Intelsat General team working to win the Pentagon's $8 billion Future Commercial Satellite Communications Architecture (FCSA) contract, which will be awarded by the Defense Information Service Agency in 2010. Butler joined Intelsat General in 2006 as a founding member of the company's hosted payload team.
