MU-DEL Electronics, Inc.—For the second time in 12years, has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) five-year contract by the FAA to supply the FAA with its new generation of VHF and UHF receiver multicouplers. The basic contract is valued at $9.8 million with a five-year option. This option, if exercised by the FAA, brings the potential value of this contract to $21 million.

Alliant Techsystems—Announced that its Mission Research & Technical Services (MRTS) business division has been awarded a $2.8 million contract by Sandia National Laboratories to build a unique multichannel test source for the US Nuclear Detection System (NDS) program, with distributed channel capabilities. The enhanced testing source substantially expands the scope of earlier modeling and simulation analysis work to include hardware development.
Options for $1.2 million have been negotiated, but not yet exercised, that would extend the effort through March 2009. Work will be performed at ATK facilities in Santa Barbara, CA and Colorado Springs, CO.
RFID Ltd.—Entered into an agreement with Northern California-based Capton, Inc., a provider of RFID solutions for the hospitality industry and Blue Star, a distributor of point-of-sale and RFID products.
Capton's beverage tracker will help prevent losses from bartenders "overpouring" drinks or selling drinks for cash and pocketing the money.
Beverage Tracker solution takes advantage of RFID technology and imbeds a micro chip into a liquor pour spout. Via this technology, managers can monitor exactly what is being poured, spot unacceptable pouring behavior, and produce reports which show what specific pours occurred outside of standard or without a corresponding Point of Sale (POS) button push. In addition, managers and staff can produce brand consumption reports which are utilized to provide real-time visibility into inventory position for more effective inventory ordering and control of disappearing bottles. Beverage Tracker is also used in banquet operations to produce customer invoices detailing exact pouring records recorded during catering events, thereby dramatically reducing customer contention of liquor invoices and controlling liquor costs.
Harris Corp.—Has been awarded a $76 million contract to supply the government of Pakistan with Falcon ® II high-frequency tactical radios.

Harris also will supply ancillary and support equipment, spare and repair parts, training, and logistics support.
