Chen Chang

Chen Chang is an industry subsegment GM at Emerson's Test and Measurement Business Group (formerly National Instruments), overseeing P&L, business strategy, and product roadmaps for Semiconductor Validation and Electronics Solutions business lines. Chang has over 15 years of experience, working in the United States and China across various markets from ASIC design, 5G wireless prototyping, electronics & semiconductor test.

Chang was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at BEEcube Inc., which was acquired by National Instruments in 2015. He holds B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
