It also offers a range of complementary products that provide connectivity and computing functionality for applications with high-performance, high-reliability requirements. Among those products are RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave products including discrete components, ICs, MMICs, and multichip modules. In addition, AMS designs and manufactures application-specific analog and mixed-signal devices for use in medical, industrial, and intelligent sensors. Among the company’s other target markets are space, avionics, and defense and wireless-communications platforms.

Aeroflex Test Solutions

ATS provides test and measurement hardware and software products that primarily target the following markets: space, avionics, defense, and commercial wireless-communications (including cellular infrastructure, cellular device, mobile radio, and satellite). ATS' products consist of flexible application software and multifunction hardware. Customers combine those solutions with industry-standard computers, networks, and other third-party devices to create measurement, automation, and embedded systems.
