Mini-Circuits Launches Hi-Rel Mixer

Mini-Circuits announced the availability of the model TUF-R1SM+ high-reliability mixer for applications from 5 to 600 MHz. Incorporating a performance-proven diode quad in a hermetic package, the mixer is designed for +7-dB local oscillator (LO) power and achieves conversion loss of typically 5.9 dB. The LO-to-RF isolation is typically 44 to 66 dB across the full frequency range. The mixer's wide intermediate-frequency (IF) bandwidth of DC to 600 MHz makes it suitable for applications in a wide range of commercial and military radios, upconverters and downconverters, and I/Q modulators/demodulators. The mixer is supplied ina shielded metal case and rated for operating temperatures from -55 to +100oC. For more information, visit the Mini-Circuits website at: www.minicircuits.com
