Secure-WLAN PA Spans 2.3 To 2.5 GHz

To serve primary applications like secure wireless local-area networking (WLAN), video link, and mesh networking products for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the SMTR2325-11G33-2 power amplifier (PA) is capable of 2-W (+33 dBm) output power from 2.3 to 2.5 GHz for IEEE 802.11g or 802.16e applications. This military-grade, bidirectional PA can deliver as much as +40 dBm output power, thereby exceeding IEEE 802.11b error-vectormagnitude (EVM) requirements. It boasts transmit/receive gains of 20 and 23 dB, respectively. The PA measures 3.5 x 2.9 x 0.56 in. and weighs approximately 4 oz.
