SPDT Switches Control DC To 33.5 GHz

Single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches in the CCR-33K series from Teledyne Relays are electromechanical designs suitable for applications above 26.5 GHz. The break-before-make latching switches offer a bandwidth of DC to 33.5 GHz with insertion loss of 0.75 dB or less and isolation of 70 dB to 18 GHz, 50 dB to 26.5 GHzm and 40 dB to 33 GHz. Rated for 5 million switching cycles with insertion loss repeatability within 2 dB across the full bandwidth. The rugged switch can handle power levels to 2 W (+33 dBm) and offers switching speed of 20 ms. It is screened to the applicable parts of MIL-STD-202 for shock and vibration.
