Model JS4-00104000-58-5P is a low-noise amplifier (LNA) from MITEQ that features a low noise figure of 5.8 dB or less from 100 MHz to 40 GHz. The lightweight amplifier has a low profile and small footprint, supplied in a hermetically sealed Kovar housing. It provides 30 dB minimum small-signal gain with output power at 1-dB compression of +5 dBm minimum. The maximum input and output VSWR is 2.50:1. The JS4-00104000-58-5P comes with several options such as various bandwidths, and input/output DC block.
