Mixer Translates 500 To 8000 MHz

Model TBR0058LA3 is a wideband triple-balanced mixer from MITEQ with an RF and local oscillator (LO) frequency range of 500 to 8000 MHz and an intermediate-frequency (IF) range of 50 to 3000 MHz. Suited for both commercial and military applications, the mixer features a dual-quad-diode circuit with 12.5 dB typical conversion loss and typical single-sideband noise figure of 11.5 dB. It exhibits typical LO-to-RF isolation of 25 dB, LO-to-IF isolation of 20 dB, and RF-to-IF isolation of 20 dB. The triple-balanced mixer is rated for +5 dBm input power for 1-dB compression and has a typical input third-order intercept point of +15 dBm. The mixer, which is supplied in a hermetic housing with coaxial connectors, is rated for typical LO drive power of +13 dBm. The typical VSWR is 2.50:1 at all ports. It is available with a variety of options, including higher LO drive levels.
