Rogers To Show Low-Loss Laminates At MTT-S

Rogers Corporation plans to display RT/duroid 6200PR low-dielectric-constant laminate material among its wares at the upcoming MTT-S Exhibition in Atlanta, GA. The low-loss laminate, which is ideal for planar resistors, features dimensional stability of 0.05 to 0.07 mils/in. as a result of its blend of polytetrafluroroethylene (PTFE) with woven glass reinforcement. With a nominal dielectric constant of 2.90, the laminate exhibits a dissipation factor of only 0.0020 at 10 GHz and room temperature. It is available in a range of dielectric thicknesses with various weights of electrodeposited and rolled copper foils.
