Model V950ME22-LF is a RoHS-compliant voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Z-Communications designed to generate output signals from 4400 to 5000 MHz. It uses tuning voltages of 0 to 9.5 V with typical tuning sensitivity of 120 MHz/V. The typical phase noise is -89 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The C-band VCO delivers typical output power of +3 dBm when operating on a +10-VDC supply and 25 mA typical current. It measures just 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.22 in. and is available in tape-and-reel packaging for automated production environments.
